Business Meetings and Training
The Old Fishing Room is a recently converted brick and flint Meeting and Education Room. It is bright and airy and can be set up in a formal style for meetings and training, or informally dependant on your needs. Outside space for training is also available as required.
We charge competitive rates inclusive of a digital projector and white board. Broadband internet facilities are available.
Maximum seating capacity 15-20 depending upon layout. Disabled access and toilet facilities.
There is a picnic area to enable those using the Old Fishing Room to enjoy the rural surroundings.
Refreshments can be provided on arrival and/or prior to departure or during a session and a light lunch can be provided by prior arrangement at extra cost.
The Old Fishing Room is within easy reach of all major road links including the M27. There is ample car parking.
Education
There is no charge for the use of the Old Fishing Room for those conducting environmental educational access visits to Wintershill Farm
This can include visits by students from Year 1 up to postgraduate level, as well as other groups or societies with an interest in the natural environment.
Visits can be tailored to your specific curriculum requirements by a CEVAS trained leader and can include tours of all parts of the farm. A farm facts’ information leaflet and teachers packs are available.
